Dr Skarbek is a leading medical specialist in psychiatry in Lindfield, which is located in Sydney's leafy upper North Shore. She provides treatment in a wide variety of areas and sees patients from the age of 18.She uses a holistic approach and a range of evidence-based treatment modalities to treat clients for perinatal psychiatric illness, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and many other mental health issues. Dr Skarbek individualises treatment plans that are tailored to a person’s needs. This could include the use of psychotherapy with or without medication as necessary. Your preferences are an important factor in making treatment decisions. By Public Transport: The rooms are an easy 2 minute walk from Lindfield station. By Car: There is 2 hour free undercover council parking nearby. Disabled parking is directly outside the building.

Fees

  • This is a private billing practice. We do not bulk-bill. Your consult with a psychiatrist will have a portion that is eligible for reimbursement from Medicare. We accept EFTPOS, VISA/MasterCard debit and credit transactions. You may be eligible for Medicare rebates for our services if you:
  • are a Medicare card holder and
  • have a current referral letter from your GP or Specialist.
  • DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS
  • Clients with DVA gold and white cards may be eligible for fully covered services if specific government requirements are met (e.g., Referral from a GP or Specialist doctor).
